Cement Tile To Metal Roof Conversion And New Roofing To The Extension

Pretty as a picture, this return verandah villa was renovated and restored to its former glory by one of our longstanding clients, Home Plus Improvements.

This project involved the removal and disposal of cement tiles. We installed Zincalume roof battens to support the new metal roofing profile, insulation for year-round comfort and corrugated iron roof sheeting to compliment the heritage style. An aesthetically pleasing Mini Orb profile was installed to the window awnings. A mixture of period details and modern elements, create a sleeker finish to this traditional home.

New Roofing To Duplex

Located in Unley, this double storey duplex was built by Steen Constructions.

Hindmarsh Roofing was engaged to complete all the new metal roofing work. This project involved the installation of a combination of roofing profiles, including corrugated iron roof sheeting to the main pitched roof areas and Kingklip 700 iron roof decking to the flat roof areas. Half line eaves gutters, U shape rainwater heads and round downpipes compliment these contemporary styled homes.

Heritage Galvanised iron is a popular option for both traditional and modern applications.

Roof Replacement & New Roofing To The Extension

This villa, located in Wayville, has been completely renovated and extended.

Our client wanted to reproduce the period details and also ensure that their home had all the modern conveniences.

Hindmarsh Roofing removed the existing iron roof sheeting from the main roof and front verandah. We installed insulation to provide year-round comfort and Z600 Heritage Galvanised corrugated profile roof sheeting to the existing residence and the new extension roof areas. We installed curved concave profile sheeting to the front verandah, mini-flute roof sheeting to the awnings, OG gutters, round downpipes, colonial rainwater heads and scribed the ridge cappings to compliment the heritage style.

Roof Replacement And New Roofing To The Extension

Located in Erindale, this residence was completely restored and renovated by our clients.

Our team removed the existing iron roof sheeting and installed True Oak 21 corrugated iron roof sheeting with insulation blanket to the complete roof area for year-round comfort. True Oak 21 is 40% stronger than standard corrugated iron and was therefore the best option for the extensive solar panel installation. Urbis gutters give the residence a modern feel.

This modern masterpiece, designed and built by BuildInc, is located in the seaside suburb of Henley Beach.

Hindmarsh Roofing was engaged to complete all the metal roofing and cladding work. The skills and attention to detail of our team is highlighted in this unique project.  A standout feature is the metal cladding facade with Mansard capping details to the parapet and a crank line in the wall.
