Roof Replacement & New Roofing To The Extension

This symmetrical cottage, located in St Peters, has been renovated and restored to its former glory.

Renovating traditional homes requires care and attention. Our client wanted to reproduce the period details and also ensure that their home had all the modern conveniences.

We removed the existing iron roof sheeting and installed insulation to provide year-round comfort and True Oak 21 corrugated profile to the old residence and new extension. We installed curved concave profile sheeting to the return verandah, OG gutters, round downpipes and scribed the ridge cappings to compliment the heritage style.
